Payout, format set for Saturday's $1,000 Modified Madness

This Saturday, Barger Construction presents the $1,000 to win Modified Madness at I-90 Speedway.

Because this event has an increased purse – this will feature a special lineup scheme.

Heat races will be lined up based on a draw at the backgate – generated by the MRP sign in system – the same as I-90 Speedway used for the first event of 2019.

Following the heat races, each driver’s passing and finishing points will be calculated based on the ASCS point scheme. The top 16 in passing/finishing points will lock into the A-Feature. The rest of the positions will line up, straight up, based on points in the B-Feature. Top four finishers from the B-Feature transfer to the A.

There will also be one pill drawn by the top point driver. This draw will determine the invert at the front of the A-feature. The possible draw pills are 0, 4, 6 and 8. Lineups and payout are below.

Passing/finishing points will be determined based on the posted lineup.
Ties go to low heat.
