Freedom Classic this Friday & Saturday at I-90 Speedway
The only double-header event of the season at I-90 Speedway is this Friday and Saturday. The second annual Freedom Classic features all four divisions of the RPM Race Series, with an expanded purse for the Spielman Excavating IMCA Sprint Cars on Saturday’s portion of the event.
As fans prepare for this week’s action, an update on tickets is needed as the weather washed out the event scheduled for June 24 following the make-up features that were run to compete the show from June 17.
Fans are able to use their raincheck (ticket stubs) at either event this weekend with the Freedom Classic. The same holds true for pit passes for competitors and teams. However, please take note of the following ticket prices.
Friday’s opener of the Freedom Classic is $15 for adults and $6 for students for grandstand admission. As that is the same pricing from last week’s rainout, rainchecks will simply be exchanged for a ticket to the Friday event.
With extra money on the line for teams on Saturday, the grandstand tickets are $20 for adults and $10 for students. Anyone wishing to exchange a raincheck for a Saturday ticket will need to pay the difference in the ticket pricing between the two events. Saturday’s event also includes a fireworks display.
Pit passes can be exchanged either day.
